Harsh Convent Vidyalaya is pleased to announce that admissions are now open for the academic year 2025–2026 for all classes from Nursery to Class X. Parents are requested to fill the online admission form or visit the school office during working hours. Seats are limited — early applicants will be given priority. Required documents: Birth Certificate, previous report card, Aadhaar Card, and passport photos.
The school's Annual Sports Day will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at the school playground. All students from Nursery to Class X are encouraged to participate in various sports and athletic events. Parents are cordially invited to attend and cheer for their children. Reporting time for students: 8:00 AM. Prize distribution will be held at 12:00 PM. For event schedule, contact the sports department.
This is to inform all parents and students that the school will observe Summer Vacation from May 20, 2025 (Monday) to June 25, 2025 (Wednesday). School will reopen on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The school office will remain open during vacation for admission-related queries from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on weekdays. Students are encouraged to read books and complete vacation homework during the break.
The quarterly Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for all classes will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Parents of students from Classes I to X are requested to attend and meet their child's respective class teacher. Progress reports will be shared. Attendance by at least one parent is mandatory. Kindly bring your ward's diary and report card from the previous term.
The Annual Cultural Function titled "Colours of India" will be organized on March 25, 2025 at 5:00 PM in the school premises. Students from all classes will perform cultural dances, skits, songs and drama representing the rich heritage of India. Parents are requested to ensure their children attend rehearsals scheduled for March 20–24, 2025. Entry is free for parents. Formal dress for performing students: school uniform.
The Annual Examination date sheet for Classes I to X has been released. Examinations will begin from April 1, 2025. Students are advised to prepare well and follow the schedule carefully. Admit cards will be distributed on March 28, 2025. Any student found without an admit card will not be permitted to write the exam. Detailed date sheet is available on the school notice board and from the class teacher.
